SPOKANE, Wash. — Local families in need will get a helping hand this May through the KREM Cares Diaper Drive, and volunteers are needed to make it a success. The event, running from May 1-11 at area Rosauers supermarkets, aims to raise funds to provide diapers for families facing financial hardship.

KREM 2 has partnered with Rosauers, Washington Trust, and Vanessa Behan to collect donations and distribute much-needed diapers to local parents. Volunteers will play a key role by helping to sell KREM Cares Diaper Drive bags at participating Rosauers locations. Each bag can be purchased for a $10 or $20 donation, with proceeds going toward filling the bags with diapers. These essential supplies will then be distributed by Vanessa Behan, a local organization dedicated to providing a safe environment for children and parenting resources for families.
By signing up to volunteer, community members can directly contribute to a cause that helps keep children clean, healthy, and comfortable. Those interested in lending their support can sign up through the provided link and assist in selling ‘diaper bags’ at their local Rosauers supermarket.
